  2. Mix the Pumpkin Layer: In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk until smooth. Fold in the canned pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Incorporate Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping into the pumpkin pudding mixture until fully combined.
