Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lime juice with honey. Whisk for about 1-2 minutes until smooth. If using pitaya powder, add it now.
  2. Add chopped dragon fruit and fresh mint leaves to the pitcher. Gently mash the ingredients using a muddler for about 30 seconds.
  3. Slowly pour in the lime sparkling water, stirring gently for about 15 seconds to combine the mixture while maintaining the carbonation.
  4. Prepare two tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Pour the mocktail mixture over the ice and garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges.
