- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together 1 ¾ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk together ½ cup of melted unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until smooth. Introduce 2 large eggs one at a time, then add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 cup of buttermilk.
