Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, add fresh pineapple chunks and 8–10 blueberries. Pour in freshly squeezed lime juice, then muddle the mixture vigorously using a muddler for about 30 seconds until the fruit releases its juices.
  2. Once the fruit is muddled, add 2 ounces of reposado tequila and 1 ounce of simple syrup (or agave) to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice, cover the liquid, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  3. Take a rocks glass and fill it with fresh ice. Using a strainer, pour the chilled mixture from the shaker into the glass.
  4. Garnish your Blueberry & Pineapple Margarita with additional blueberries and a slice of fresh pineapple on the rim. Serve immediately.
  5. Sip slowly to appreciate the flavor balance. This cocktail is perfect for warm evenings.
