- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 12x14 inches.
- Layer provolone cheese slices first, then Italian ham or salami, followed by pepperoni. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Roll the dough from one long side like a jelly roll, pinching the edges together to seal it.
- Brush the top of the rolled Stromboli with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cut small slits in the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce.
