  • 4 ounces Italian Ham or Salami Can be replaced with turkey or a vegetarian option.

  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Fresh herbs can provide an even more vibrant flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can substitute for a more robust taste.

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Rolling Pin

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 12x14 inches.
  3. Layer provolone cheese slices first, then Italian ham or salami, followed by pepperoni. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Roll the dough from one long side like a jelly roll, pinching the edges together to seal it.
  5. Brush the top of the rolled Stromboli with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cut small slits in the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce.
