  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts drained well
  • 1 cup cooked frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing for flavor
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush a 12-cup muffin tin with oil.
  3. Line each cup with two wonton wrappers, staggering them.
  4. Bake the lined muffin tin for about 5 minutes until wrappers are lightly golden.
  5. Mix together the artichoke hearts, spinach, Ranch dressing, and cream cheese in a bowl.
  6. Fill the cups with the mixture and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
