Preparation Steps
- Whisk together the eggs in a wide, shallow bowl until they are fully blended.
- Dip each rice paper sheet into the egg mixture for about 5 seconds to soften.
- Layer three soaked rice paper sheets slightly overlapping each other. Spread tomato passata at the center, followed by gouda cheese, deli chicken or turkey, and pepperoni.
- Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and roll tightly into a log shape.
- Transfer the rolls to a parchment-lined baking sheet with some space between them.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
