  • 1 cup Gelatin or Agar Agar Use according to package instructions
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Optional; can substitute with maple syrup or omit
For the Cream Layer
  • 1 cup Cream Or coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons Sweetener Adjust to taste; maple syrup is recommended for vegan

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the strawberry layer by pureeing fresh strawberries and heating with gelatin until dissolved.
  2. Set the strawberry layer in molds and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. For the cream layer, blend cream and sweetener, heat, and stir in gelatin until dissolved.
  4. Pour the cream layer over the set strawberry layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Cut and store the gummies in an airtight container in the fridge.
