  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of water over high heat. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender, about 4-6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips in a single layer, sear for 3-4 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed and stir-fry sliced vegetables for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Return beef to the skillet with the vegetables, add cooked noodles, and pour in hoisin sauce. Toss everything together for about 2 minutes.
  5. Transfer onto serving plates. Optionally, fry eggs in the skillet and place on top of each serving.
