Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Heart OREO Balls
  1. Begin by placing the OREO cookies into a food processor. Pulse them until they turn into fine crumbs, resembling sand in texture.
  2. Add softened cream cheese to the bowl with the OREO crumbs. Using a hand mixer, blend them together on medium speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Scoop the mixture using a spoon or cookie scoop and press it firmly into heart-shaped molds. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
  4. Place the filled molds into the freezer and let them chill for 25-30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt your chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove the Heart OREO Balls from the molds, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, and let excess drip off.
  7. Place the coated truffles onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to set for about 10 minutes.
  8. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the truffles and quickly sprinkle decorations on top.
  9. Store your Heart OREO Balls in the refrigerator until ready to serve, in an airtight container for up to a week.
