Steps to Make
  1. Cover a baking tray with wax or parchment paper.

  5. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth (1-2 minutes).
  6. Dip each pumpkin sphere into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing back on the tray.
  7. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top of the truffles while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until chocolate is set.
