- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out a sheet of thawed puff pastry and evenly distribute slices of cheese over it, adding deli ham on top. Place another sheet of puff pastry atop and press together gently.
- Slice the combined pastry into 1-inch wide strips with a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
- Fold each 1-inch pastry strip back and forth onto a wooden skewer, shaping it like a tree.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl. Brush this mixture over each tree.
- Place the trees on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack and serve warm, optionally with honey mustard or fig jam.
