Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by thawing the shrimp if using frozen. Then, season them generously with your favorite spices—Cajun seasoning works wonders. Toss them in a bowl until evenly coated. Allow the seasoned shrimp to marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C). Once it's hot, place the shrimp on the grill grates. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and slightly charred.
  3. Take a tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the grilled shrimp in the center, followed by a handful of crisp romaine lettuce. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
