Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the tops off two garlic heads, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil and roast for 30-35 minutes.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet, add chopped spinach, cooking for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, mash the roasted garlic and mix with ricotta, half the mozzarella, oregano, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  5. Spread the garlic-ricotta mixture on the pizza crust, layer with spinach, remaining mozzarella, and feta.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve warm.
