Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a spacious mixing bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly to form a sticky mixture.
  2. Line a muffin pan with paper liners and press the granola mixture evenly into the bottom of each cup, creating a small well.
  3. Spoon Greek yogurt into each granola cup, filling them to the top and smoothing the yogurt with the back of a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle fresh berries on top of the yogurt in each cup, mixing and matching your favorite fruits.
  5. Place the muffin pan in the freezer and allow the cups to freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.
  6. Take the cups out of the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
