For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt is a lighter option.
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha Substitute with sweet chili sauce for less heat.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Maple syrup can be used for a vegan alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar Lemon juice is a good substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil Optional, adds flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Omit for low-sodium diet.
For the Garnish
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chives are a suitable substitute.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven's broiler to high, or set to bake at 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Coat both sides with the Bang Bang sauce.
  5. Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes, watching closely until done.
  6. Remove from oven, let rest for a minute, and garnish with sliced green onions.
