Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, poultry seasoning, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated. Set aside for the flavors to meld.
  2. Spread a generous layer of herbed mayo on both slices of nutty bread.
  3. On one slice, place cheese, followed by lettuce, turkey slices, and drizzle cranberry sauce over the top.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down, and press gently.
  5. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally and serve immediately.
