Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, cut into 12 squares, and press into the muffin tin.
  3. Place a cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
  4. Add a generous dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the brie in each cup.
  5. Sprinkle candied pecans on top of the cranberry sauce.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes and garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.
