Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and honey, stirring vigorously until smooth and well-blended. Add crushed granola, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and a splash of vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
  3. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners. Pack the granola mixture into the bottom of each liner, pressing down to create a solid base.
  4. Spoon the yogurt mixture over the granola, filling each cup about three-quarters full. Sprinkle fresh berries on top.
  5. Transfer the muffin tin to the freezer, allowing the bites to chill for 30 to 60 minutes.
  6. Once frozen, let the bites sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before removing them from the liners.
