  • 100 grams Chopped Pepperoni Consider turkey pepperoni or omit for vegetarian.
Sauce
  • 1 cup Homemade Pizza Sauce Store-bought works in a pinch.
  • 200 ml Tomato Passata Crushed tomatoes or tomato puree can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup Finely Chopped Vegetables Bell peppers, mushrooms, or spinach.
  • 1 tablespoon Spicy Elements Jalapeños or red pepper flakes.

Preparation Steps
  1. Whisk the eggs in a wide, shallow bowl until fully combined, about 1 minute.
  2. Prepare the rice paper by dipping each sheet into the egg mixture for about 5 seconds.
  3. Layer three softened rice paper sheets slightly overlapping, spread sauce, and add fillings.
  4. Roll up the pizza tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling is sealed.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for about 15 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool for a minute before slicing in half and serve with marinara sauce.
