Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pecans, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Stir until blended.
  3. Dip each chicken thigh in beaten eggs, letting excess drip off, then coat in the pecan mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for approximately 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving platter and let rest for a few minutes before serving warm.
