- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, lump crab meat, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and a bit of cream cheese. Microwave in increments until fully melted and smooth.
- Add an egg to the melted cheese mixture. Blend well and knead until smooth and pliable.
- Roll the dough out into a thin rectangle, about 1/8-inch thick, and cut into 18 equal squares.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each dough square, fold to form a triangle, and pinch edges to seal.
- Bake the sealed rangoons on a lined baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
