  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds Optional, can substitute with nuts
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries Optional, can substitute with raisins
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Creamy base, may substitute with mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar For tanginess
  • to taste Salt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and dry the broccoli; chop into florets.
  2. Core and dice the Honeycrisp apple into small cubes.
  3. Finely chop the red onion.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, apple, and onion.
  5. Add sunflower seeds and cranberries; toss gently.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
