Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Hash Brown Crust Quiche
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a greased pie dish or cake pan, press the frozen hash browns evenly to form a crust. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While the crust bakes, crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Whisk them together, then add the heavy cream, gruyere cheese, and chosen fillings. Stir gently.
- Once the hash brown crust is golden, pour the egg and filling mixture into it. Ensure an even distribution.
- Lower the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake the assembled quiche for 25–30 minutes, until set and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
