Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1-inch wide wedges.

  4. Toss the sweet potato wedges in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and mix.
  6. Spread the wedges on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. After baking, sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
