  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts Boneless, skinless
  • 1 large Egg Beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Combination with panko
  • 1 cup Panko
For the Garlic Butter Bread
  • 4 tablespoons Salted Butter Melted
  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley Optional
  • 4 pieces Hoagie Rolls or Baguette
For the Homemade Caesar Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 clove Grated Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
For the Crunchy Toppings
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce Chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Slice boneless, skinless chicken breasts into thin cutlets.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together an egg and a splash of milk with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken cutlets in the egg mixture, then dredge in a mix of breadcrumbs and panko.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a shallow pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Mix butter, garlic, and parsley to create a garlic butter spread.
  8. Spread on halved hoagie rolls and toast in the broiler for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Combine all dressing ingredients until smooth.
  10. Assemble sandwiches by placing chicken on toasted bread topped with romaine and additional Parmesan.
