Instructions
  1. Prepare a breading station with flour, egg wash, and panko breadcrumbs.

  3. Form the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick and rest for 7 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet, fry patties for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove from skillet, place on paper towels, and serve in toasted buns with desired toppings.
