- Prepare a breading station with flour, egg wash, and panko breadcrumbs.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, mayonnaise, parsley, green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.

- Heat oil in a skillet, fry patties for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
