- Prep Ingredients: Rinse and drain black beans, chop onion and jalapeño, and gather all ingredients.
- Cook Filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion for 3 minutes, then add spices, tomatoes, and black beans. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Assemble Wraps: Place tortilla on a flat surface, add filling, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and optional avocado. Include a tostada for crunch.
- Encapsulate Filling: Lay a smaller tortilla over the filling, fold large tortilla edges over it to seal.
- Cook Wrapped Crunch Wrap: Cook in a preheated skillet, folded-side down, for 2-3 minutes, flip and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Serve: Slice in half and serve with salsa, cilantro, or dipping sauce.
