Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, tossing until thoroughly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  4. Carefully place seasoned salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  5. Air fry the salmon for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Transfer to a platter and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce. Serve with remaining sauce on the side.
