Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Crispy Bang Bang Chicken
  1. Begin by cutting the chicken into even bite-sized pieces, ensuring uniform cooking. Season the chicken generously with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing well to coat every piece.
  2. In a shallow bowl, beat a couple of eggs until smooth. Dip each seasoned chicken piece into the eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat thoroughly with cornstarch.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan, filling it about two inches deep. Heat the oil to medium-high, around 350°F (175°C).
  4. Carefully add the coated chicken pieces in batches to the hot oil. Fry each batch for 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. While the chicken fries, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice. Whisk until smooth.
  6. Once all the chicken is fried, transfer it to a large mixing bowl and pour the Bang Bang sauce over it. Toss gently to coat.
  7. Serve your Crispy Bang Bang Chicken hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
