- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of corn, 1 cup of shredded white cheddar, ½ cup of heavy cream, ½ cup of milk, and ¼ cup of melted butter along with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of the mixture.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
