  • 3 cups Marinara Sauce Choose a low-sugar brand

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine well-drained frozen spinach with ricotta cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Layer lasagna sheets over the marinara, then dollop with the ricotta-spinach mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Let the lasagna cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
