  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook linguine or spaghetti until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add 1 pound of shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove and keep warm.
  5. Pour in 1 cup of white wine or chicken broth, scraping the bottom to deglaze. Simmer for about 2 minutes until slightly reduced.
  6. Stir in juice and zest of 1 lemon and 1 cup of heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  7. Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading evenly. Arrange shrimp on top.
  9. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
