- Pour 2 cups of milk into a medium saucepan and heat over medium until hot but not boiling, about 4-5 minutes.

- Sift in 1 tablespoon of matcha and 1 tablespoon of honey, whisking thoroughly for a vibrant green color, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into two mugs and top with toasted marshmallows if desired.
