- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot, add the rotini pasta, and cook until al dente, usually 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained rotini pasta, diced cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic Parmesan sauce, and half of both cheeses. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheeses.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove foil and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
