Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot, add the rotini pasta, and cook until al dente, usually 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained rotini pasta, diced cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic Parmesan sauce, and half of both cheeses. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheeses.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Remove foil and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is golden.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
