  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the baby potatoes in half and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Roast the potatoes for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and tender.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat, mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and blended.
  7. Pour the sauce over roasted potatoes, toss gently to combine, and garnish with parsley.
