Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Pour in 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth along with 1 can (13.5 oz) of coconut milk, stirring gently to combine. Increase the heat slightly and bring to a gentle simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Carefully add your choice of potstickers to the simmering broth. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the potstickers are fully heated through.
  4. Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, stirring to incorporate. Next, add the juice of half a fresh lime, balancing the flavors.
  5. Remove the pot from heat. Ladle your flavorful soup into bowls, garnishing with fresh cilantro and sliced green onions.
