For the Chicken
  • 300 g Chicken Breast Juicy and filling.
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Essential for sautéing.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian Herbs Use fresh herbs for more flavor.
  • 400 g Crushed Tomatoes One can.
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with half-and-half.
  • Salt and Pepper Adjust to taste.
For the Finishing Touch
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • Fresh Basil Leaves For garnish.
  • Red Pepper Flakes Optional.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8–10 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, seasoned and cook for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the skillet for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Incorporate heavy cream and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return cooked chicken to the skillet, warm together for about 2 minutes.
  7. Combine drained pasta with the sauce in the skillet, cook for 1-2 minutes over low heat.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the pasta, stir until melted.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and optional red pepper flakes before serving.
