Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Slice and set aside.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Reserve about a cup of pasta water before draining.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika, stirring. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer until thickened.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Toss drained pasta and sliced chicken in the sauce. Adjust the consistency with reserved pasta water as needed. Garnish with parsley before serving.
