- In a medium mixing bowl, combine room temperature cream cheese and 1 ¾ cups grated cheddar cheese and blend until creamy.
- Fold in the cranberry sauce and fresh cranberries gently to mix without crushing the cranberries.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 1.5-quart baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
