- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta to boiling water and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes, until al dente.
- In a skillet, cook diced bacon over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy, then transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic to the bacon fat and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in frozen peas and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
