Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Bacon and Pea Pasta
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta to boiling water and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes, until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, cook diced bacon over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy, then transfer to a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic to the bacon fat and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in frozen peas and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
