  • 1 Egg for wash

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and unroll a thawed sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese with crumbled feta and your choice of fresh herbs. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the filling over the puff pastry evenly, then sprinkle cranberries over the filling.
  4. Roll the pastry from one long edge into a tight log, sealing the filling inside.
  5. Slice the log into ½-inch thick rounds and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops of the pinwheels with a beaten egg and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
