  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter Softened
  • 2 tablespoons Cranberry jam Can substitute with raspberry or cherry rhubarb
  • 4 slices Prosciutto Can be replaced with smoked honey ham or omitted
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese Thinly sliced for melting
Optional Additions
  • 1 handful Fresh greens Spinach or arugula recommended
  • 2 ounces Alternate cheese Goat cheese or sharp cheddar

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of cranberry jam on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer half of the sliced brie on one slice and place prosciutto on the other.
  4. Spread softened unsalted butter on the outer sides of both slices of bread.
  5. Grill the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Flip the sandwich and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove the sandwich, let it sit for a minute, then slice and serve.
