- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
- Cut thawed filo pastry sheets into 36 squares, keeping remaining sheets covered.
- Brush one square of filo pastry generously with melted butter.
- Add one slice of brie cheese and 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on the buttered filo, then sprinkle with almond flakes.
- Roll the filled filo pastry tightly from the end with the brie and pinch the ends to seal.
- Place rolled crackers on the baking trays and brush tops with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and flaky.
- Allow to cool slightly and garnish with fresh rosemary or chives for added flair.
