- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Place the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly, and lightly coat each tender with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over each chicken tender.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon bits over the top of each coated chicken tender.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, and optionally garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
