Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly, and lightly coat each tender with olive oil or cooking spray.
  4. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over each chicken tender.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon bits over the top of each coated chicken tender.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, and optionally garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
