Cooking Instructions

  3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and divide it into 4-6 equal portions. Roll each into a flat shape, about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with your favorite toppings for customization.
  5. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm, ideally with dips like hummus or tzatziki.
