Preparation and Cooking
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and brown the ground beef for about 5–7 minutes. Drain fat and transfer to the baking dish.
- Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in the same skillet for 3–4 minutes until translucent. Spread over the beef.
- Layer peeled and sliced potatoes evenly over the mixture in the baking dish, then season with salt, pepper, seasoning, and paprika.
- Add shredded cheddar and grated parmesan cheese on top, then pour beef broth around the edges.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
