- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 1 cup of milk, and 1 cup of heavy cream. Add 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in 6-8 cut-up cinnamon rolls into the egg mixture. Optionally, mix in 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts and 1/2 cup of raisins or chocolate chips.
- Pour the cinnamon roll mixture into the prepared baking dish and allow to sit for about 10-15 minutes.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and slightly puffed. Insert a knife to check for doneness.
- While baking, whisk together 1 cup of powdered sugar, 2-4 tablespoons of milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract for the glaze.
- Once baked, drizzle the glaze over the warm pudding and serve.
