Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt and Cellucor Whipped Vanilla Whey Protein. Mix until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
  2. Using a food processor, pulse the rolled oats until they reach a fine powder consistency.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl Whey Protein, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, shredded carrots, chopped raisins, egg white, unsweetened apple sauce, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  4. Preheat a griddle over medium-low heat and lightly grease if necessary. Heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
  6. Carefully flip each pancake and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side until golden brown.
