Preparation Steps
- Begin by selecting a firm large cucumber and wash it thoroughly. Using a mandolin or a sharp knife, slice the cucumber into 1/8-inch thick rounds.
- Dice the imitation crab sticks and ripe avocado into bite-sized pieces. Place these ingredients in a large deli container or glass jar.
- In a small bowl, blend together mayonnaise, cream cheese, and soy sauce until smooth and well-combined.
- Gently add the sliced cucumbers, diced imitation crab, and avocado to your container, then pour the dressing over the top.
- Secure the lid on your container tightly and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine.
- Transfer the salad to a serving bowl or enjoy it directly from the container. If desired, sprinkle additional toasted sesame seeds on top.
